Extra 20% off used items from Amazon Warehouse, promo code WDEARLY or WDEARLY20. Prime only. Photo: AP.

If you have any expensive items on your Amazon wishlist, buying them lightly used from Amazon Warehouse is a great way to save some cash, and today only, Prime members can save an extra 20% on anything you find.

Note: Some people just can’t seem to get this deal to work right now, for whatever reason. Go ahead and try it, but if it doesn’t work out, we imagine it will be back on Tuesday as a Prime Day promotion.

Sitewide discounts are basically unheard of on Amazon, so popular items are likely to sell out fast. I know that buying used or open box items can be a little unnerving, but since they come directly from Amazon, you know you’ll have a great support experience in the event of any issues.

Just use the search function on this page to find Warehouse-specific listings for what you’re looking for, and use code WDEARLY or WDEARLY20 (some accounts will work with one code, some with the other) at checkout to get the discount. Note that this is only available for Prime members, and we think only for primary Prime account holders.

Update: Not working? Try this. (via shelwood)

I just bought a tv. I tried it without the 20 at the end, it told me invalid code in red. Added the 20, it said the code was good (and green) but it wasn’t reflected in the price. Changed the shipping to the slow shipping time and the price magically reduced 20% — then I changed it back to 2-day shipping, and the discount stayed. (I’ve had this happen a lot with Amazon redemption codes lately.)

Update 2: It doesn’t seem like this code works on anything related to video games.

Today only, Amazon’s offering great prices on drinks, snacks, and more picnic and barbecue essentials. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m gonna go buy some Skittles.

Note: Ignore the Subscribe & Save price. Look below that for the Gold Box price.

This isn’t just the best deal we’ve seen on the simple-but-capable Garmin Forerunner 10 (refurbs excepted). It’s the best price we’ve ever seen on any GPS-equipped fitness tracker. Multiple colors available.

Do you need an LED headlamp? Maybe not. But for $6 (or 1/3 the price of Amazon), you might as well. Just keep it in your glove box, and you’ll be glad to have it the next time you get a flat tire at night.

Sugru is right up there with binder clips and the Raspberry Pi in Lifehacker’s pantheon of must-have gear, and you can stock up today with 8-packs from Amazon for just $18 each.

Amazon’s top-selling upright vacuum is only $39 today, and includes more features than you might expect, including an accessory hose, adjustable brush height, and a true HEPA filter. That’s a pretty great package for the price.

A multimeter is just one of those things everyone should keep in their toolbox, especially when you can get one for the shockingly low price of $13.

KMASHI UV Flashlight, $6 with code QX74ETVX

Blacklight flashlights are great if you want to spot hidden stains on train seats, hotel sheets, or (gasp) even in your own house...if that’s something you want to do.

It may seem silly, but if you find even one stain in a hotel room and complain to management, I guarantee that this thing will pay for itself several times over.

A high-end laser/GPS golf rangefinder is admittedly a pretty niche product, but if you need a leg up on the links, this model from Bushnell was regularly selling for $400 until recently, and $190 is the best price Amazon’s ever offered. Just note that it’s a Gold Box deal, meaning this price is only available today, or until sold out.

Today only, Amazon’s offering big discounts on nearly 100 pieces of outdoor apparel from a variety of designers. Many items are available for under $10, so head over to Amazon to see all of your options.

A few days ago, Amazon ran a great deal on the extended edition Lord of the Rings trilogy Blu-ray. Today, you can complete your collection with a matching Hobbit trilogy box set.

In the lead-up to Prime Day, Amazon’s offering some pretty insane exclusive discounts to Echo owners who order via Alexa. Current options include an Amazon Tap for $79, and a Cuisinart Griddler for $40, but several others will be revealed in the coming days.

In addition to the individual product discounts, Amazon is taking $10 off any $20 order shipped and sold by Amazon when you purchase through an Echo, now through July 12.

Don’t have an Echo? If you order one today, you could have it in time for Prime Day.

In addition to the previously mentioned $5 Fandango offer, Amazon’s Underground app store is also giving away six months of Boingo Wi-Fi access with the download of a free app.

Literally all you have to do is download the Boingo Wi-Fi Finder app from the Underground app store, and create a new account. The best part? You can add an extra device to the promotion once you’re signed up, in addition to whatever Android phone you used to download the app. If you have any trips on your calendar in the near future, this will be well worth your time.

If you have access to an Android device, congratuations! You’re entitled to a $5 Fandango credit.

All you have to do is install the Fandango app via Amazon’s Underground app store, and a $5 promo code will arrive in your email in 24-48 hours. Amazon’s terms & conditions say that it will only work if it’s your first time downloading Fandango, but it’s unclear at this time if that includes installs from Google Play, or only from Amazon Underground.

The Pebble Time is, in many ways, the best smart watch on the market, and you can try one out for just $85 today. Unlike many sub-$100 Pebble deals we’ve seen recently, this one is brand new, not a refurb.

It’s been a little while since we’ve shared a deal on an external hard drive! $47 is one of the best prices we’ve ever seen for a 1TB drive, so if you need more space to store file backups, music, photos, or movies, I’d jump on it.

We’ve seen plenty of deals on “premium” Google Cardboard-compatible VR headsets, but this is one of the only ones we’ve seen that includes a magnetic button on the side, which means you won’t have to pair an external Bluetooth remote to navigate within VR apps. Seriously, if you haven’t played with Google Cardboard yet, you’ll have so much fun.

If you still enjoy the feel of an old-fashioned paper magazine, Amazon’s selling 6-month subscriptions to dozens of popular titles today, including Vanity Fair, Wired, Popular Science, and a lot more. Just note that this is a Gold Box deal, meaning it’s only available today.

Planning a movie night this weekend? Amazon’s discounting nearly 50 digital movie rentals to just $1 each. If you lock in your rental now, you’ll have 30 days to start watching the film, and then 24 hours to finish it.

Note: The list page doesn’t show the $1 prices, but if you click through to the individual movies, you’ll see the deal.

I feel like Oprah right now. You get luggage, and you get luggage, everybody gets luggaaaaaage! Timbuk2's giant, and I mean GIANT, sale is not something you want to miss. Grab one of your top five favorite rolling carry-ons or a new laptop messenger bag. Be sure to let us know what you pick up in the comments.

I know, I know. The Xbox One S is coming soon. But damn, it’s hard to resist this $299 deal. That gets you the 1TB Spring Bundle (which includes four games), an extra game, a $50 Microsoft store credit, an extra controller, and a $20 credit to spend at the new Xbox Design Lab.

Even if you you didn’t play the bonus game or use the $20 credit, the extra controller and store credit alone are worth about $100, and you’re saving $50 on the console, so I feel pretty comfortable calling this the best Xbox One deal I’ve ever seen.
