$110 would be a pretty good price for a pair of Bluetooth on-ears from a top tier brand like JBL. But it’s absolutely unheard of for a pair with active noise cancelling. These typically hover between $160 and $200, so today’s Gold Box deal isn’t to be missed.
Much like a SONOS, Samsung’s Radiant R5 speaker connects directly to your favorite music services, sounds great, and can sync with other Samsung speakers for multi-room audio. But as you might have guessed from the name, the Radiant outputs crystal clear audio and deep bass (they packed a 5" subwoofer into that thing!) in 360 degrees. It regularly sells for $300-$350 around the web, but you can get it for just $180 today with promo code KINJARADIANT.
While 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound involves placing speakers around your room on a single plane, the concept behind Dolby Atmos is to give audio an element of height. If you don’t want to install speakers in your ceiling though, this Samsung system is one of the easiest and cheapest ways to pull off the effect.
At first glance, this looks like a 5.1 system similar to Vizio’s excellent sound bars. The main bar at the front of the room carries three channels, the two satellite speakers (truly wireless, in this case) provide your rear channels, and the wireless subwoofer handles the bass. But this being an Atmost-certified 5.1.4 system, it also includes four speakers (two built into the sound bar, and one in each of the satellites) that face upwards to bounce the Atmos channels off your ceiling, and back into your ears.
The effect won’t be quite as convincing as true ceiling-mounted speakers, but you won’t do better for this price. Gizmodo covered the system when it was announced, and CNET also has a comprehensive review if you want to know more.
For a limited time, you can get the system for just $730 (just under half the original retail price) with our exclusive promo code KINJASOUNDBAR.
Samsung’s Gear S2 is one of the best looking wearables on the market, and that rotating bezel is a stroke of genius. If you don’t mind a refurb, Amazon’s selling them today for $100, the best price we’ve ever seen. Just note that this is a Gold Box deal, meaning it’s only available today, or until sold out.
If you have any inkling that you might be interested in 3D printing, this Monoprice deal is as good as it gets. Score their v2 entry-level printer for just $255 with promo code 3DSELECT, while they last.
Our deal researcher Corey is our resident 3D printing expert, and he had this to say:
I own that. I think it is the best starter 3D printer available. Prints ABS, PLA, Copoly, and several other filaments. Expect to tweak it to get the results you want, but also expect more capabilities than its price warrants.
Whether you like to spend a lot of time outdoors, or just want to be prepared for extended power outages, these Aukey solar chargers can juice up two USB-powered devices at once using nothing but the sun. Unless space is a concern, I’d personally opt for the 20W model for $10 more.
We see a lot of deals on home theater bias lights, but even by our standards, $10 is insanely cheap for an RGB model. Just stick it to the back of your TV, plug it into a USB port, and control it with the included remote.
This car charger is small, powerful, made of metal, and only $5 with code KINJA102. Even if you already have a charger you’re happy with, I always recommend keeping a spare in your luggage for rental cars.
$15 is a pretty good price for a 10,000mAh battery pack. It’s absolutely insane for one with a solar panel and 12-LED flashlight array. Obviously, that little solar panel won’t recharge the battery very quickly, but it can trickle charge it while you’re outdoors, so it’s nice to have.
It doesn’t tilt or articulate in any way, but this Liger TV mount can hold screens up to 70", and $11 is about as cheap as you’ll ever see something like this. Just use promo code TVMOUNT4 to get the deal.
You could fill a swimming pool with sub-$20 Bluetooth earbuds, but not many of them boast 8mm drivers, let alone 10 hours of battery life. Even if you already own a pair you like, I recommend getting extra sets of headphones to keep in your gym bag or luggage, for when you inevitably forget your favorites.
You’re probably familiar with the color-changing Hue lights that screw into your existing lamps and light fixtures, but if you really want to paint your rooms with color, you’ll want to pick up a few Hue Bloom accent lights as well.
These lights used to sell for around $80, and today’s $45 deal on Amazon is the best we’ve ever seen. If you’re already invested in the Hue ecosystem, you should absolutely pick up at least one.
There’s a nasty new Wi-Fi exploit out in the wild these days, but you can protect yourself from prying eyes (and get around geo-blocked content too) with a VPN subscription.
Lo and behold, PureVPN is offering some pretty stellar discounts right now when you use promo code Privacy20:
- 24 months for $62.40 ($2.60 per month)
- Six months for $42.96 ($7.16 per month)
- One month for $8.76
PureVPN encrypts and obscures all of your internet traffic from everyone from malicious hackers to your ISP to the government, and includes some cool features like a kill switch to automatically disconnect your Wi-Fi if the VPN stops working, as well as split tunneling, which can route some of your traffic through the VPN, while letting the rest go through your ISP.
You can never have enough places to plug in, and these inexpensive power strips from Aukey plug directly into your wall to add two USB ports and a phone stand in the case of the $11 model, or two USB ports, two extra AC outlets, a phone stand, and even a nightlight if you opt for the $16 option.
Vent-mounted magnets might be The Thing in smartphone car holders, but if your CD slot is lying dormant, or if you just don’t want to block a vent, this would also be a great option.

This cooker doesn’t have any bluetooth capabilities like it’s pricier competitors, but, according to most of the (albeit limited) product reviews, still does a solid job at precision cooking.
Most of us will soon be enduring the season of perpetual darkness, in which the sun is already setting by the time we leave the office. So really, there’s never been a better time to install some affordable solar motion lights around the outside of your home. You can stick them anywhere that gets a sliver of sun during the day, and they don’t require any wiring.
You’ve heard of Automatic’s smart driving assistant, but if $80 is too rich for your blood, this cheap OBD2 dongle connects to any iPhone or Android device over Wi-Fi, and can fulfill many of the same functions using various third party apps.
The most obvious use case here is understanding and clearing check engine codes, but these things give you access to pretty much all of the sensor data in your vehicle, at a much more granular level than you’d get from all of the symbols in your instrument cluster.
There are few things more irritating than noticing your tires are low on air, and then having to find a bunch of quarters, driving to the gas station, and cursing the heavens when the compressor shuts off before you’ve finished filling all four.
Instead, just buy this tiny $26 compressor, and fill up your own tires from anywhere. You can thank me later.

Typically priced at $50, Amazon’s best-selling roaster oven is just $38 today, just in time for the upcoming holidays.
This device is basically a countertop oven, allowing you roast up to a 26-pound turkey with a temperature range between 150℉ and 450℉. If you’re not cooking giant turkeys, this roaster can do anything your normal oven can do, like cook muffins, chicken, or an entire sheet cake. Plus, with 1,000 reviews and a 4.5-star rating, you know it’s good.
The Nest Learning Thermostat usually costs $250, or maybe $200 if you find a good sale, but today at Home Depot, you can pick up a refurb of the previous generation model for only $139. The only real difference between this and the current edition is that it has a smaller screen, and it’s not like you’re watching movies on the thing.
Finally, someone made the Glow Bowl, but for everywhere else in your home. This motion-sensing light strip is billed as an under-bed night light, but you could just as easily attach it under your bathroom counter, along a railing, beneath your baby’s crib, or anywhere else you might need to venture in the middle of the night. For a limited time, you can get one for just $14 with code BEDLGT30, matching an all-time low.
I was in the camp of people who felt like aromatherapy diffusers were glorified Glade plug-ins. And they are to some extent, but the fact you can use natural essential oils to create the scent, rather than whatever Glade uses, is a real game changer. The peppermint and eucalyptus scents can help with migraines and sinus headaches as well help humidify the air during drier winter months.
This diffuser is just $10 (with code 9HESUV4K), has 2 different aromatherapy settings, and doubles as an LED light with 5 colors options. Throw in this 9-pack of essential oils, just $13 with code BLISSOIL, and you’re all set.
If you still haven’t upgraded your morning routine up a life-changing wake-up light, Philips’ entry level model just got a huge price drop.
The Philips HF3500 is currently marked down to $40 (after clipping a $10 coupon), besting all previous deals. While there are higher end models with color-shifting lights and multiple wake-up sounds, this model still offers a reasonably convincing facsimile of a sunrise, which helps ease you out of REM cycles before the alarm sounds. I’ve been using it for years, and absolutely love it.
Unlike the plastic tupperware that’s overflowing out of your cabinets, these glass storage containers from Glasslock are microwave AND oven-safe. $26 is a match for the best price Amazon’s ever listed on this 18-piece set.
Snuggle up in one of these popular microplush fleece blankets for 15% less today.
These blankets, made by Qbedding, boast a 380 grams per square meter weight, which is significantly higher than the average 250 you’d see on most fleece blankets. That means they’re warmer, softer, and less prone to shedding. And if that doesn’t convince you, maybe the 4.7-star review average from over 1700 customers will.
For a limited time, promo code 9RRBHC2P will take 15% off any size and any color sold by Qbedding, Inc. and fulfilled by Amazon, so pick your favorite, and bundle up.
Amazon makes trail mix now, because Amazon makes everything, and all three flavors are a couple bucks less than usual today. I’ve had the Sweet & Spicy, and it’s excellent. It’s only a matter of time until they can deliver this to you by drone when you’re actually out on a remote trail.
When is a pen worth $40? Possibly never, but the GP 1945 makes a really strong case.
This Kickstarter campaign is set to ship out pens starting in November, and the demo unit they sent me is incredibly impressive. My titanium model is very solid and well built (there’s also a lighter aluminum version), to the point that I don’t think I could break it if I tried. The butt cap also doubles as a glass breaker for emergencies, the diamond knurled finger grip works as a small ruler, and you can even blow into the back of the tube to to use it as a survival whistle.
The real star of the show here though is the bolt action method of extending and retracting the tip of the pen. It gives you enough resistance to be satisfying, but not enough to be slow or frustrating, and it makes a very addictive click when the mechanism slides into place. I have no less than four fidget toys in heavy rotationon my desk, but clicking this pen was all I wanted to do today.
There’s only about a week left of the campaign, but you can still get aluminum GP 1945s for under $40, or titaniums for under $70. That’s a lot to spend on yourself, but these would make great gifts for the holidays. Plus, if you pledge $8 extra and include a note, they’ll throw in a magnesium pen core that you can use to start a fire. Just take it out and rub it against the finger grip to generate a spark.
